Are there any limitations on the number of users in a workspace?
No, you can add as many users as you want to your workspace. Our pricing is determined solely based on credit usage, with user count not being a factor in our pricing plans.

You can have as many apps as you want in your workspace. Our pricing is determined solely based on credit usage, with app count not being a factor in our pricing plans.
Where can I see my usage?
Please navigate to Usage section on Billing and plans page to see the executions of nodes per workflow.
What happens if I exceed my included credits in the free plan?
Your workflows will simply temporarily pause until your credit resets at the start of the next billing period. If you need to resume your workflows, you can extend your credits by subscribing to a paid plan on Billing and plans page.
What happens if I exceed my credits in a paid plan?
When all of the included and additional credits are used by your node executions, your workflows will temporarily pause until your credit resets at the start of the next billing period. If you need to resume your workflows, you can extend your spending limit on Billing and plans page.
Are unused included credits rolled over from one period to the next?
No, unused included credits under the monthly limit are not rolled over to the next month.
How can I ensure my workflows are never disrupted?
To ensure uninterrupted workflow execution, you can enable Unlimited additional credits option on your Billing and plans page. This will automatically cover any additional credits needed to keep your workflows running smoothly.
We will send you an email notification if we detect any excessive usage while the Unlimited additional credits option is enabled.
What is Free plan, and what does it include?
Free plan is a basic subscription that includes 10,000 credits per month at no cost. It's a great way to get started with Actioner and understand your usage and set up your spending limits.
Can I upgrade my plan from Free to a paid plan?
Yes, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time. Go to your Billing and plans page and select the plan that suits your needs and complete your subscription. Your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
How do I upgrade to Standard or Enterprise plan?
To upgrade your plan, go to your Billing and plans page and select the plan you wish to upgrade to. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
What’s the difference between annual and monthly subscription?
Being on the annual subscription cycle will give you a discount compared to if you had opted for a monthly subscription. The difference is how often you pay your subscription fee. With monthly billing, you will be charged on the same day each month. With annual billing, you are charged once for the whole year. However, you still continue to get billed monthly for any additional credits your node executions used in the last month.
How often am I billed?
Billing periods for Actioner vary based on your subscription. For monthly subscriptions, billing occurs approximately once a month. For annual subscriptions, the billing period extends for a year, however you continue to get billed monthly for additional credits your node executions use.
When am I invoiced / billed for paid plans?
When you upgrade to a paid plan, Actioner will immediately charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee tied to your plan. If you accrue any additional credits for your node executions, that usage is reported throughout the billing period. On monthly subscriptions, that overage, as well as the subscription fee, is charged at the start of the next billing period. On annual subscriptions, only the overage is charged at the start of the next billing period.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can downgrade your plan if needed. Simply go to your Billing and plans page and select the plan you wish to switch to. Your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time on your Billing and plans page.
Where can I access my past invoices?
You can access your past invoices on the Invoices section in your Billing and plans page. This section provides a history of your billing statements.
How can I update my payment method?
To update your billing information, visit the Payment method section in your Billing and plans page. You can add or modify your payment details there.
How can I update my billing address?
To update your billing address, visit the Invoices section in your Billing and plans page. You can add or modify your billing address there.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Purchase orders and offline payment options (check, bank transfer) are available for annual subscription plans. Please contact us for details.
How does Actioner secure my credit card data?
Actioner stores no information on your payment method and uses Stripe as our payment processor. See our security page for more information.
Can I get a refund when I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We do not issue refunds for prepaid subscription fees.
Does Actioner notify me when I reach my additional spending limits?
Yes, by default Actioner sends an email to workspace admins when used credits reach 75%, 90% and 100% of the spending limits. You can go to your Billing and plans page and increase your spending limit for additional credits.
If you do not want to get these email notifications, you can disable Email alerts option on this page.
