Nova Era Labs, Inc. (“Actioner,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the Services.
We collect the following types of personal information:
Account details such as your name, email address, password, and profile information.
Payment information processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
Content you provide while using our Services, including messages, files, or other submissions.
If you choose to register or log in via a third-party service (such as Google or Slack), we may receive certain profile information from that provider, including your name, email, and avatar.
When you connect your email, calendar, or meeting platforms (such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams) via OAuth, Actioner passively captures and ingests data from those accounts to build and maintain your customer graph. This includes:
Email messages (sender, recipients, subject lines, body content, timestamps, and attachments).
Calendar events (attendees, titles, times, and meeting details).
Meeting transcripts and recordings from supported conferencing platforms.
Contact and company information derived from your communications.
Upon initial connection, Actioner ingests up to 90 days of historical data from each connected account. After that, new data is captured continuously as it arrives. You can disconnect any account at any time through your Actioner settings, which will stop further data collection from that source.
When you use Actioner, we automatically collect information such as:
IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referring URLs.
Device identifiers and language settings.
Log data including access times, pages viewed, and actions taken.
Interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, session duration, and navigation flows.
Persistent identifiers that may allow us to recognize you across sessions and devices.
Cookies and similar technologies to track usage, improve performance, and personalize your experience.
We use your information for purposes including:
Providing and maintaining the Services.
Personalizing your experience.
Processing transactions and sending transactional communications.
Sending product updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
Research, analytics, and product improvement.
Protecting against misuse, fraud, and security threats.
Complying with legal obligations.
We do not use your customer content — including emails, calendar events, meeting transcripts, documents, files, support tickets, conversations, or other data you upload or that we ingest from your connected accounts — to train generalized machine learning or AI models across customers. Actioner processes your data using its own AI capabilities and may also transmit it to third-party AI platforms (such as Anthropic’s Claude via MCP) solely to generate responses and insights for your use. In all cases, AI processing is scoped to your own data and context; your data is never shared with or used to benefit other customers. Sensitive data, if inadvertently provided, will not be used for model training and will be deleted or secured.
We may share your personal information with:
Vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers performing services on our behalf.
Third-party AI platforms, including Anthropic (provider of Claude), to process your data and generate AI-powered insights and responses via integrations such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP). These platforms receive only the data necessary to fulfill your requests and are contractually prohibited from using your data for model training.
Other users of the Services when you post content in public or shared spaces.
Business partners in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Legal and regulatory authorities, if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
Upon termination or cancellation of your account, Actioner will retain your data (including Ingested Data and your customer graph) for 30 days to allow you to export your data or reactivate your account. After this 30-day period, your data will be permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support@actioner.com.
When no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize your data. Backups may persist temporarily before being deleted.
We are based in the United States, and your information may be transferred to and processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate.
We comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
If there is a conflict between this policy and the DPF Principles, the Principles will govern. We remain liable for onward transfers to third parties under the DPF.
Dispute Resolution: If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern, you may contact our U.S.-based third-party dispute resolution provider free of charge. Under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration through the DPF.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Restrict or object to processing of your data.
Request portability of your data.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Opt out of marketing communications by following unsubscribe links.
Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, Switzerland, Canada, and certain U.S. states may have additional rights under local laws.

We do not knowingly collect information from or market to individuals under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version and revising the “Last updated” date.
