Our Story
Actioner was born from the shared experiences of three product veterans who understand the challenges product managers (PMs) face in getting actionable insights from customer feedback. We’ve been in the trenches, and know what it’s like to:
- Juggle the complexities of prioritizing feedback,
- Balance competing customer needs, and
- Keep teams aligned while delivering value.
After years of living through these frustrations, we realized there had to be a better way—and that’s where Actioner began.

Berkay Mollamustafaoglu
Co-Founder & CEO
Berkay is no stranger to founding and building successful SaaS companies. As the former CEO and co-founder of Opsgenie, he’s worn the hat of a PM many times throughout his career. He understands the complexities of running a company while staying close to product needs, customer issues, and feedback. At Actioner, Berkay leads as CEO, focusing on creating a product that supports PMs in a way he’s always believed in—a product that simplifies feedback loops and helps teams stay truly customer-centric.
Emel Dogrusoz
Co-Founder & CPO
As the former VP of Products at Opsgenie and Head of Product at Atlassian, Emel has spent years navigating the highs and lows of product management. From being a hands-on PM to building and leading product teams, Emel knows the obstacles PMs face with feedback management and alignment. She brings this wealth of experience to Actioner, ensuring that every feature we build genuinely addresses a real need. Emel is Actioner’s Chief Product Officer, passionately steering the vision and the roadmap of the product.
Umit Cakmak
Co-Founder & CTO
With a deep background in technology and a long track record of building products from scratch, Umit is Actioner’s technical visionary. As CTO, he’s focused on ensuring Actioner is both scalable and reliable, aligning our tech with the real-world needs of product managers. Umit’s experience in technology innovation has been instrumental in designing Actioner to seamlessly bring together all the moving parts of feedback, prioritization, and collaboration.
