He understands the complexities of running a company while staying close to product needs, customer issues, and feedback. At Actioner, Berkay leads as CEO, focusing on creating a product that supports PMs in a way he's always believed in—a product that simplifies feedback loops and helps teams stay truly customer-centric.

Emel Dogrusoz
Co-Founder & CPO
As the former VP of Products at Opsgenie and Head of Product at Atlassian, Emel has spent years navigating the highs and lows of product management. From being a hands-on PM to building and leading product teams, Emel knows the obstacles PMs face with feedback management and alignment. She brings this wealth of experience to Actioner, ensuring that every feature we build genuinely addresses a real need. Emel is Actioner's Chief Product Officer, passionately steering the vision and the roadmap of the product.

With a deep background in technology and a long track record of building products from scratch, Umit is Actioner's technical visionary.
