How it works

Typically, upon scheduling a demo meeting for a contact or company in opportunity stage, a deal is created. And the contact or company is handed over from SDR to AE. When a deal is created for an opportunity, Actioner sends a message to #handoffs channel and notifies AE team with deal details to ease the handoff between SDR and AE.

Handoffs can be messy. Data isn't always properly logged in your CRM or people sometimes skip making time to review data prior to a meeting. These notifications are introduced to improve the handoff process and route information from HubSpot to a conversational environment right when it is needed. Your SDRs and AEs can take actions immediately without switching context. They can view notes, create new tasks or pass handoff notes.

You can use as many tools as you want with Actioner as long as they have public APIs. You can create new connections, actions, and workflows that send data from your own tools and combine them with the existing CRM app.
