What's it for?

Allow your SDRs and AEs to collaborate on an opportunity through Slack with the quickest prospect knowledge transfer. Data isn't always properly logged in your CRM or people sometimes skip making time to review data before a meeting. These notifications are introduced to improve the handoff process and route information from HubSpot to a conversational environment right where it is needed. Your SDRs and AEs can take action immediately without switching context. They can add notes, log emails, update deals, and keep track of deal property changes.

How it works

When a new deal is created in HubSpot, Actioner sends a message to your desired Slack channels;

  • You can get notified on a general #sales channel for new HubSpot deals so that your sales team is informed, and can celebrate it all together within Slack.
  • Actioner also notifies the company channel associated with the deal, enabling you to keep track of company history further and ease the handoff between SDR and AE.

You can quickly update the deal or add notes through the action buttons located in the notification.

Our sales process includes more tools. Can I also use them via Actioner?

You can use as many tools as you want with Actioner as long as they have public APIs. You can create new connections, actions, and workflows that send data from your own tools and combine them with the existing CRM app.

Is it possible to use this app for only specific use cases?

Yes! You can disable or delete the actions that you do not want to get notifications for.
