How it works

You can log emails to contact, company or deal in many ways;

  • When a contact, company or channel created in HubSpot, it’s notifications always comes to your Slack as new contact, company or deal created notification. All of these notifications contains a button that opens Log email workflows. You can use this workflow to log emails.
  • Alternatively, it is possible to use /actioner command and call one of the three Log email workflow directy.
  • Regardless of how its used, when an email logged to the contact, company or deal through Slack, Actioner send same email to both under the new contact, company or deal created notification in the general #sales channel and the company channel associated with the object.

How to start logging emails to the contact, company and deal

To start logging emails to contacts, companies and deals on Slack;

  1. Install Lead management with HubSpot app from the Actioner App directory. 
  2. Connect to your Slack workspace and HubSpot instance.
  3. Use /actioner command to call Log email workflow.
