New deal for AE

AEs to get informed in Slack when there is a new deal assigned to them in HubSpot.

How it works

When a deal assigned to an AE;

  • Actioner sends a message under the deal created message in the general #sales channel and mentions the new owner.
  • If the deal’s company has a company channel, Actioner sends the same notifications to that company channel associated with the deal, ensuring that AE can access historical data.

How to get notified on Slack when a HubSpot deal assigned to you

To get Slack notifications when a HubSpot deal assigned to you;

  1. Install Lead management with HubSpot app from the Actioner App directory. 
  2. Connect to your Slack workspace and HubSpot instance.
  3. After that, whenever you're assigned to a deal Actioner will immediately inform you in Slack.
