Deal stage changed in HubSpot

Get informed in Slack at every stage of a deal through the pipeline in HubSpot.

What's it for?

Any changes in the deal properties notify the AEs and allow the team to track how your deals progress through the sales pipeline and take action to form the best strategy for closing deals faster.

How it works

When a deal property changes;

  • Actioner sends all the updated properties one by one under the deal created message in the general #sales channel.
  • If the deal’s company has a company channel, Actioner sends the same notifications to that company channel associated with the deal, ensuring that AEs synced on the updates.

How to get notified on Slack when HubSpot deals are updated

To get Slack notifications when properties of the HubSpot deals are updated;

  1. Install Lead management with HubSpot app from the Actioner App directory.
  2. Connect to your Slack workspace and HubSpot instance.
  3. After that, Actioner will inform you in Slack whenever a deal property gets changed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use this app with a different CRM other than HubSpot?

This app is particularly designed for HubSpot, but you can easily adapt it to work with any other CRM with public APIs. Add a new connection for your tool, and update the actions and workflows accordingly.

Our sales process includes more tools. Can I also use them via Actioner?

You can use as many tools as you want with Actioner as long as they have public APIs. You can create new connections, actions, and workflows that send data from your own tools and combine them with the existing CRM app.

Is it possible to use this app for only specific use cases?

Yes! You can disable or delete the actions that you do not want to get notifications for.
