What's it for?
Actioner allows your SDR team to monitor the lead lifecycle from the start, and easily follow up on them within Slack. You can convert leads quickly without leaving Slack & improve lead work rate by decreasing your response time.
How it works
When a new contact is created in HubSpot, Actioner notifies your selected Slack channels;
- You can get notified on a general #sales channel for new HubSpot contacts with company information.
- If the contact is associated with an existing HubSpot company, Actioner notifies the company-dedicated Slack channel (Deal room) about the new contact.
- If the contact is not associated with an existing HubSpot company, Actioner creates a new company-dedicated channel informing there’s a new lead in Slack.
You can also update the lead details or add notes through the notification in Slack.
💡 You can easily modify the new lead notifications, change which channels/ people to notify, or make other customizations.
How to get notified of HubSpot leads on Slack
To get notified of new HubSpot leads in Slack;
- Install Lead management with HubSpot app from the Actioner App directory.
- Connect to your Slack workspace and HubSpot instance.
- During the setup select in which Slack channel you want to get new lead notifications. You're ready to go!
