How it works

When a new contact is created in HubSpot, Actioner notifies your selected Slack channels; 

  • You can get notified on a general #sales channel for new HubSpot contacts with company information.
  • If the contact is associated with an existing HubSpot company, Actioner notifies the company-dedicated Slack channel (Deal room) about the new contact.
  • If the contact is not associated with an existing HubSpot company, Actioner creates a new company-dedicated channel informing there’s a new lead in Slack.

You can also update the lead details or add notes through the notification in Slack.

💡 You can easily modify the new lead notifications, change which channels/ people to notify, or make other customizations.

How to get notified of HubSpot leads on Slack

To get notified of new HubSpot leads in Slack;

  1. Install Lead management with HubSpot app from the Actioner App directory. 
  2. Connect to your Slack workspace and HubSpot instance.
  3. During the setup select in which Slack channel you want to get new lead notifications. You're ready to go!

Can I use this app with a different CRM other than HubSpot?

This app is particularly designed for HubSpot, but you can easily adapt it to work with any other CRM with public APIs. Add a new connection for your tool, and update the actions and workflows accordingly.

Our sales process includes more tools. Can I also use them via Actioner?

You can use as many tools as you want with Actioner as long as they have public APIs. You can create new connections, actions, and workflows that send data from your own tools and combine them with the existing CRM app.

Is it possible to use this app for only specific use cases?

Yes! You can disable or delete the actions that you do not want to get notifications for.
