This allows you to easily hide or show certain fields based on your project needs, making it easier to create Jira tickets with the necessary information. To do this, navigate to the Create issue workflow and modify the fields according to your requirements.

Bonus: Expand issue status

With Actioner, you can also expand the status of any Jira issue by mentioning its key in a dedicated channel with a seamless Jira Slack integration & here's how:

  1. Type "What is the status of [issue key]?" and send a message to #jira-report-an-issue channel.
  2. Actioner will automatically expand the ticket status for you in the Slack message and provide you with the link to the original ticket message in Slack.
  3. You can easily take quick actions on the ticket, such as commenting or logging work on the issue right in Slack.
