With a free plan, you can create unlimited questions for 25 max audience size; if you want to increase the audience size, you should upgrade. But Poll Everywhere does not have Slack-specific pricing. And upgrading your plan just for using it in Slack does not seem to be meaningful, and paying $120 per year.
