Our approach

How Actioner is different

Two assumptions sit underneath nearly every SaaS product: that you'll feed it your data by hand, and that its AI should live inside its walls. We build on the opposite of both. The work shows up where it already happens, and the intelligence comes to your data — not the other way around.

The usual model

Pour your data in, rent an account, let their AI read everything

You sign up as a company, provision seats, then spend your weeks typing context into fields so the tool finally knows what's going on.

you → type it all in → their cloud
their cloud → their AI → an answer
The Actioner model

Data arrives on its own. AI comes to where the data lives.

Download it and go, on your own machine, for free. Context is captured from the source. Claude reaches your data through you — and only what you're allowed to see.

your sources → captured → your machine
Claude → comes to → your data

Adoption shouldn't require a purchase order

We removed the friction that usually stands between a person and a tool they'd actually use. You don't need approval, a team, or a budget line to start.

Free to start

Start as yourself, not as a company

Download it and go. No seat to be assigned, no admin to convince, no procurement to clear. Actioner earns its place by being useful to you first — the rest can follow once it already has.

Desktop, local-first

A real app for Mac and Windows

Actioner runs as a desktop product. Your credentials and your data live in an embedded store on your own machine — not in an account in someone else's cloud waiting to be configured.

Capture, don't type

Context from the source, not from data entry

Wherever we can, Actioner pulls context straight from where it's created — emails, meeting transcripts, tickets — instead of asking you to re-enter it. The tool that needs the least manual upkeep is the one people keep using.

AI, inverted

We bring your data to the AI

Embedded AI can only reason over what its host product happens to hold. To see the rest, you stitch tools together with integrations — brittle to maintain, and each one leaves a standing copy of your data in another system to secure.

Actioner brings your data and workflows into Claude through MCP connectors instead. A frontier model works over your complete picture, reached in place when it's needed rather than copied everywhere in advance.

The part most products gloss over
02

The AI sees what you see. Nothing more.

When intelligence comes to your data instead of your data going to the intelligence, the security model changes shape. Here's exactly how access and data flow work.

access

Scoped to your own credentials

Claude reaches your tools through your credentials, so it can only ever touch what you're already permitted to see. There's no shared pool of everyone's data sitting in one place for a model to read across.

default

Proxied, never stored

By default, data moving between Claude and your machine is proxied through Actioner — the connector architecture needs a relay to work. That data is never stored with us. It passes through; it doesn't take up residence.

required by the connector design — pass-through only
option

Or host the relay yourself

Don't want your data crossing our infrastructure at all? Run the proxy yourself. The flow between Claude and your machine then bypasses Actioner entirely. The choice is yours to make, not ours to assume.

Your keys

AI inherits your permissions — it can't reach data you can't.

Pass‑through

Proxied by default, with no customer data retained by Actioner.

Your call

Self-host the proxy and keep data off our infrastructure entirely.

Try it the way it's meant to be tried — on your own work, for free.

Download the desktop app, connect a source or two, and ask Claude something about what you're actually working on. Nothing to migrate, no one to wait on.
