Connect Actioner to Claude

Choose how you use Claude. Both options give you the same full customer graph, the same skills, and the same experience.

Install the Actioner plugin

If you use the Claude Desktop app, install Actioner directly from the plugin marketplace. It appears as a skill in your sidebar, ready to go.

  1. Open Claude Desktop and go to the Cowork tab, then click on Customize
  2. Click on the plus sign next to Personal plugins, then click on Create plugin and Add marketplace
  3. Enter https://github.com/novaeralabs/actioner-marketplace.git into the URL field and click on Sync
  4. In Plugins Directory, click on the Personal tab, then click on Actioner core, then click on Install, then click on Manage
  5. Under Actioner core, click on Connectors then click on Install
  6. In the Add custom connector modal, click on Add
  7. Click on "Connect". A browser window will be opened.
  8. Click on "Authorize"
  9. Once the authorization is successful, click on Open to go back to Claude Desktop
  10. By default, tool permissions is set to Needs approval. You may want to change it to Always allow.

Add the MCP connector and skills

If you use Claude at claude.ai, you'll need to add two things: the Actioner MCP connector and the Skills file.

  1. In claude.ai, click Customize in the left-hand navigation sidebar
  2. Click on Connectors, then click on the plus sign and select "Add custom connector"
  3. Enter Actioner as name, and https://api.actioner.com/mcp as the URL
  4. Once the connector is added, select the Actioner (custom) connector and click on "Connect". Authenticate with Actioner when prompted.
  5. Click on "Authorize"
  6. Download the Skills files here: skills.zip
  7. In Claude.ai, go back in Customize, go to Skills, click on the plus sign and upload the Actioner skills file
