Actioner runs as a desktop app that brings your email, calendar, and meetings to the Claude you already use. Here's the whole setup, start to finish — free with your own AI key.
Get Actioner for Mac or Windows and run the installer. Once it's in, Actioner lives in your menu bar and system tray — always on hand, never in your way.
Click the Actioner tray icon and choose “Setup Actioner.” A step-by-step wizard walks you through everything that follows — no config files, no terminal, nothing to hand-edit.
Actioner uses an AI model to preprocess your emails and meeting transcripts on your own machine, turning them into ready-to-use context for Claude. Choose how you want to power that step:
Paste a Claude or Gemini API key and Actioner builds your context locally with it. No AI bill from us, ever — and the app stays free for as long as you use it.
Skip the key. Your emails and transcripts are relayed straight to the AI service and never stored on Actioner's servers. Free through the beta; a paid plan once the trial ends.
Link Google or Microsoft. Actioner immediately starts processing your emails and calendar events, building your customer context locally on your device — no data entry, no CSV uploads.
Add Actioner as an MCP connector in Claude — on the web, in the desktop app, or both. This is the link that lets Claude answer with everything Actioner has organized about your customers.
Hook up your meeting notetaker so call transcripts flow in automatically. Every conversation makes your prep sharper and your recaps more complete.
Claude answers with context pulled from every email, meeting, and deal — no dashboard to dig through.
Follow-ups that reference real conversations and address what was actually said.
Surfaces who's waiting on a reply and which deals are drifting, before they go cold.
Actioner processes and stores your data locally on your machine — nothing about your work lives on an Actioner server. Bring your own key and your content only ever goes to the AI provider you chose. Use hosted AI and it's relayed for processing, never stored.
Your customer context is built and kept on your own device.
No emails, transcripts, or customer data on an Actioner backend.
Your data is used to help you — never to train AI models.
Yes — the assistant you chat with is your own Claude, connected to Actioner over MCP in step 5. You can use Claude on the web, in the desktop app, or both.
Download Actioner, run the wizard, and you'll be answering with full context in one sitting.
