Every email, every meeting, every promise — Actioner processes
them into action items per company and deal, sorted into Next, Waiting
for, and Later, each one arriving with its context assembled, its
receipt attached, and its action ready to run. Working your book
becomes one habit: open Claude, type /actioner, go through the box. Here's the rhythm — a day and a week on
Actioner.

The Action Box is the queue of everything your customer work needs — rebuilt from your real activity, not typed in by you.
The reply Dana is waiting on, the recap from yesterday's call, the renewal that goes quiet in six days. One click drafts the move.
The security doc a customer promised, the deliverable your own team committed to on Friday's call. You didn't log these. Actioner heard them and is tracking.
Held here and promoted to Next when its date approaches — you never have to remember to check back.
Every item says why it's there and links to its source. And there's no Action Box app — it renders in the Claude conversation you already have open. Everything about the Action Box →
A scheduled task in Claude runs the Actioner play before you sit down: it processes everything since the last run — the emails that arrived overnight, yesterday's late meeting, the reply you sent at 9pm — and creates, updates, and retires action items across the box. Then it pings you where you'll see it: Email or Slack, with the shape of your day and a link into Claude.
The notification is optional. The box is updated either way.
About the morning briefing →Good morning — your Action Box is up to date. 4 in Next (2 replies owed), 1 commitment due this week in Waiting for. The Northvale renewal moved up from Later.
Open in ClaudeOpen any Claude session and type /actioner. The box appears in the thread — refreshed first, so it reflects everything up to this second. Then you go item by item, making calls, not doing research:
Before a call, scope it: /actioner acme shows just that company's items — same refresh, one account.
How Plays work →You don't groom this list. As conversations happen, the box maintains itself: the reply you send retires its item; the customer's answer creates a new one; a promise made on this morning's call lands in Waiting for with its due date attached.
And Waiting for watches so you don't — when a commitment's date gets near, the item moves into Next with the nudge ready to run. The action you take becomes the next signal.
Actioner has been comparing what actually happened on your deals against what Salesforce or HubSpot says — drift is detected on its own, and drifted deals surface as items in the box. When you're ready, run /actioner update crm: you get the proposed changes field by field, each with the exact quote behind it.
Edit any value, approve what's right, and the write goes through your own CRM connector. Nothing is written without your explicit approval — by design, not by policy.
How CRM Sync works →Before the weekly pipeline review, run the prep. You get a private dossier: every deal, what happened this week with evidence links, the candid read on momentum and risk, and the questions your manager is likely to ask — each with a grounded answer you can give with a straight face.
Five minutes to skim; nobody audits how you prepared.
How Pipeline Review Prep works →The morning run is a scheduled task in Claude — you create it once, pick the time it fires, and choose where the ping lands: Email, Slack, or nowhere at all.
7am before the commute, 8:30 with coffee — the schedule is yours, in your Claude account. Pause it or change it anytime, and turn notifications off entirely; the box is updated either way.
No scheduled task? Nothing is lost. /actioner processes everything since the last run, whenever that was — the box catches up the moment you ask for it. Automation buys you a ready queue at 7:30; it never becomes a dependency.
Processes every new interaction since the last run, then shows the full Action Box — Next, Waiting for, Later, every company.
Same refresh, scoped to one company — before a call, after a big reply.
Runs a Play by name: pipeline review prep, meeting prep, update crm, nudge…
Free form. Claude picks the right Actioner tools and answers from your customer graph.
Every run refreshes first — the box you see is never stale. And you can skip the command entirely: "what's next?" in any Actioner-connected conversation does the same thing.
