Action Box is a prioritized queue that rebuilds from your real activity — emails, meetings, deal changes. Items are sorted into three groups borrowed from Getting Things Done: what to do next, what you're waiting for, and what can wait until later.

Items move between groups on their own. A task due Friday sits in Later on Monday and moves to Next on Wednesday. A commitment someone made three weeks ago surfaces when it's overdue. You never have to groom the list.
