View Stripe subscriptions in Slack

What’s it for?

As a business owner or sales manager using Stripe, the Stripe app for Slack can greatly enhance your subscription management. 

By allowing you to search for subscriptions and view detailed information such as product name, unit price, interval, quantity, and total price directly in Slack, you can efficiently monitor and analyze your subscription offerings. 

Stripe Slack integration provides you with quick access to key subscription metrics, enabling you to make informed decisions and optimize your revenue streams.

How it works

You can effortlessly access subscription details in Stripe directly from Slack. Notifications for new subscriptions include a Check subscription details button for quick access. Clicking it will display comprehensive subscription information, with the following fields:

• Each product with name
• Unit price
• Interval
• Quantity
• Price

To search for subscriptions in Slack using Stripe, follow these steps:

1. Run the /actioner command and select Search subscriptions 📩 under the Stripe section.
2. Enter the customer's name you wish to search for OR select a customer from the dropdown menu.
3. After selecting the customer, choose a specific subscription you want to explore. The displayed subscriptions will all be associated with the selected customer.
4. Once you complete these steps, detailed information about the selected subscription will be displayed, including the product name, unit price, interval, quantity, and total price.

How to get started

1. Install Stripe to your Slack workspace. 
2. Connect to your Stripe account and click Get started. 
3. Call Stripe and select Search subscriptions 📩
