View Stripe customers in Slack

What’s it for?

As a business owner or customer support representative, or account manager using Stripe, the Stripe app for Slack can significantly streamline your customer management process. 

By allowing you to search for customers and view detailed information such as customer info, subscriptions, payments, and payment methods directly in Slack, you can quickly access and analyze crucial customer data. 

Stripe Slack integration enables you to efficiently address customer inquiries and manage billing and subscription issues right within Slack.

How it works

You can easily access customer information in Stripe directly from Slack. Notifications for new customers include a Check Customer details button for quick access.

You’ll display customer details, with the following fields:

• Customers information
• Subscriptions
• Payments
• Payment Methods

Alternatively, to search for customers in Slack using Stripe, follow these steps:

1. Use the /actioner command and select Search customers 👤under the Stripe section.
2. Enter the customer's name you wish to search for, or select a customer from the dropdown menu.
3. After completing these steps, detailed information about the selected customer will be displayed, including customer information, subscriptions, payments, and payment methods.

How to get started

1. Install Stripe to your Slack workspace. 
2. Connect to your Stripe account and click Get started.
