What's it for?

The absence of essential properties of contacts prevents you from maximizing sales potential. Without information on the missing properties, it can be hard to grasp the context of your audience's discovery process or identify the effectiveness of specific efforts.

How it works

With List contacts with missing properties workflow in Slack;

  • You can list contacts without the selected properties including Lead source.
  • When a channel is selected and List button is pressed, Actioner sends a message to a channel that you selected, the thread of this message contains contacts without the selected properties.
  • From these lists, Actioner enables you and your team to take relative actions on these contacts by updating the contact properties.

Our sales process includes more tools. Can I also use them via Actioner?

You can use as many tools as you want with Actioner as long as they have public APIs. You can create new connections, actions, and workflows that send data from your own tools and combine them with the existing CRM app.

Is it possible to use this app for only specific use cases?

Yes! You can disable or delete the actions that you do not want to get notifications for.
