Anytime a deal is closed with a win, Actioner fires a notification to #sales-wins channel with a celebration gif and makes the won deal stand out among other updates. Besides celebrating, this can also be useful for handoffs between AEs and CSMs by enabling them to exchange handoff notes, such as to onboard customer or designate the next best steps. You can use as many tools as you want with Actioner as long as they have public APIs. You can create new connections, actions, and workflows that send data from your own tools and combine them with the existing CRM app.
